Today, I am delighted to share that Unifi has acquired Prospect Airport Services Inc., and we proudly welcome more than 11,000 Prospect employees to the Unifi family. Together, Unifi and Prospect will have more than 40,000 employees, consolidating our position as the largest and best aviation services provider with an unmatched footprint and presence in North America. Founded in Chicago more than sixty years ago by Robert and Mary Strobel, Prospect Airport Services has built a strong legacy under the passionate leadership of their children, Vicki and Mike Strobel. With Prospect’s strong operational teams joining Unifi’s extensive network, we will enhance our services, leveraging advanced technology and increased resources to support our partners and their customers better.
