Service Excellence at its best! Recently, several of Velociti’s Cleaning Ambassadors from Kansas City, MO were recognized for providing exceptional cleaning services that were recently brought to our attention by their building’s respective property manager. We are proud to commend each team member for their hard work and dedication to their important job. In the words of each client, they are “awesome!” All four team members exemplify our vision, “to be the most respected facilities services company in the world.” Each received a framed certification, $25.00, a small Bundt Cake and much appreciation. They are all very grateful and happy to be a part of the team!

We’re thrilled to share a glimpse of our recent successful planned power shutdown at a large client in the northeast where we provide complex and comprehensive engineering and maintenance services! Our team went above and beyond, and the efficiency of our managers shined through. Check out some of the highlights captured from various locations and the main substation. A huge thanks to everyone involved!

As the aftermath of Hurricane Milton persists, we wanted to congratulate our staff in the affected areas for reporting to duty as the hurricane approached and did not waver in completing their entire shift. An official at one of our accounts in Jacksonville, Florida, commended members of the Velociti custodial staff who were assigned to one of their critical buildings about their diligence and extreme cleanliness of the facility even as the city prepped for Hurricane Milton. Thank you to our team members for proving why Velociti is the most respected facilities services company in the world! #VelocitiStrong

Barry Poston is on a mission! Barry is Velociti’s Corporate Safety Director and a volunteer firefighter in Arkansas. Barry is going to load up water and needed non-perishable food and supplies to drive to the Tampa area in his own vehicle, accompanied by his wife, to deliver these to over 60 of our front-line bridge tenders who will be required to staff the bridges once they are safe to be opened for residents, first responders and commercial vessels. Barry explained he has done this in other storms and is passion about taking care of people in need which is engrained in his DNA! Check back every day for a “Poston Post” on his progress! Day One: Prep “Last night I picked up 3 pallets of water and plenty of diesel fuel for the long trip. Today, started early this morning and I’ve been out in my shop getting the equipment (truck and trailer, strapping tarps, and our personal gear) laid out. I’ll spend the rest of the day, purchasing food and other supplies and loading that on my trailer. We’ll leave at sunrise on Thursday. I am headed first to Pensacola, which should take 13 hours. Then from there I will take I-275 to our identified staging areas. Once there we will alert our team members and distribute the supplies.”
