New workshop! Our Argo outreach team was thrilled to return to Central Park Library for another hands-on workshop! This time, we hosted the Marble Mastermind workshop, where children explored the fundamentals of physics through a marble roller coaster challenge. Using cardstock, scissors, and tape, participants designed and built their own tracks, learning about friction, energy, and gravity along the way. The kids engaged in creative problem-solving, tested their designs, and refined their tracks, all while having fun and gaining a deeper understanding of the physical world. We’re proud of their enthusiasm and can’t wait for our next event!

🎉 Exciting News! 🎉 We are thrilled to announce a new partnership between our robotics team, Argo Robotics, and the WAAW Foundation. This collaboration is a testament to our shared commitment to advancing STEM education in all parts of the world. Argo Robotics has developed an intensive 12-week curriculum specifically for the WAAW fellowship students. The curriculum covers key subjects including Python, Artificial Intelligence, and Computer Architecture, with each unit spanning four weeks. Our goal is not just to teach, but to inspire. We believe in the power of education to change lives and open up new possibilities. That’s why we’re so excited about this partnership. It’s about more than just the content- but about empowering the next generation of STEM leaders. Students who successfully complete the coursework and participate in various assignments and projects will receive a certificate of completion at the end of the course. We can’t wait to see what these talented students will achieve! Here’s to a successful partnership and the bright futures we are helping to shape! 🚀

🎉An Engineering Challenge - The Three Little Piggies 🎉 We’re thrilled to share the success of our very first workshop, “An Engineering Challenge: The Three Little Piggies,” held at Santa Clara's Central Park Library. It was an incredible experience to see over 20 bright students, accompanied by their enthusiastic parents, dive into the world of engineering. We challenged the students to approach our challenge of building a structure out of marshmallows, gummy bears, and toothpicks to meet a certain height requirement, the height of the "piggy", and withstand the blow of a fan, the "big bad wolf". The engagement and creativity displayed by the students were truly inspiring. They tackled the challenge with innovative thinking and teamwork, embodying the spirit of future engineers. A big thank you to everyone who participated and made this event a memorable one. Your energy and curiosity turned this workshop into a vibrant hub of learning and fun! Stay tuned for more events like this as we continue to foster a love for engineering in our community’s young minds. Follow our Instagram: @argorobotics_ Check out our website at: argorobotics.tech
