This plan outlines our strategic direction for workforce development initiatives in Coconino County, aligning with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). The WIOA requires local workforce development boards to create a plan that addresses the needs of all job seekers, including adults, youth, and dislocated workers. The plan should also focus on enhancing employment opportunities, supporting local businesses, and fostering economic growth. We encourage you to review the attached Coconino County Workforce Development Board Strategic Plan for 2025-2028. Your valuable feedback will help us ensure that our efforts align with the needs and priorities of our community.
