In celebration of #WomensHistoryMonth, we are proud to spotlight Intellectual Property Partner Elizabeth O'Donoghue. We asked Elizabeth to reflect on how others in the legal industry can further empower women in the field. "I think providing a work environment that celebrates diversity, encourages different perspectives, provides mentorship and sponsorship programs, and meaningful opportunities can further empower women in the law industry."

During #WomensHistoryMonth, we are proud to spotlight this year's majority female partner class! Earlier this year, we announced the promotion of A. Valerie Mirko to the firm's equity partnership and Rachel Bennett (童娆琼), Ph.D., J.D., Julie Johnston-Ahlen, Amy Merideth, Serena Rabie, Maggie Szewczyk and Pamela Winter to partners of the firm. We strive to create a positive and supportive environment for women lawyers and business professionals through mentoring, networking and educational opportunities. As a result of the outstanding work of our Women's Inclusion Network (WIN), our women lead the firm in key management positions, generate significant business, assume key roles as large client relationship partners and serve as first-chair in trials and major transactions.
