In speaking with high performing Recruiting Coordinators directly, we often hear a 24 hour SLA for responding to candidates. One of the main factors that influence hitting this goal: Getting interviews scheduled efficiently. In our new report analyzing 2.8M candidates for over 5.1M interview events, we found that talent teams can schedule interviews over a day faster with Ashby than legacy ATS providers. More specifically: 🗓️ It takes 4 days from the point an interview event is created (aka there’s a candidate needing scheduling) to getting that interview scheduled. 🗓️ It takes 5.6 days to do the same in a legacy provider. 🗓️ In other words, scheduling is, on average, 40% faster in Ashby than legacy tools.
