    Workplace Toxicity: The Silent Crisis Impacting Mental Health Picture this: Sarah, a talented young professional, dreads going to work every day. She’s overwhelmed by her toxic work environment, feeling unsupported and constantly judged. Sadly, Sarah’s story isn’t unique. A recent survey by Businessolver found that workplace toxicity and stigma are taking a heavy toll on employees’ mental health—and the impact is far greater than most of us realize. Key Insights: ● Over 50% of CEOs, Gen Z, veterans, and disabled individuals report their workplaces as toxic. ● 81% of CEOs and 67% of employees feel mental health struggles are seen as a weakness. ● Ethnic disparities are stark: Hispanic and Asian employees report higher levels of workplace toxicity and stigma. But there’s hope. Positive shifts are happening as more leaders prioritize mental health, and employees feel increasingly comfortable supporting each other. However, the gap between the mental health benefits offered and those actually used remains wide. It’s time we move beyond awareness and take actionable steps toward creating a more empathetic, supportive workplace.     🔍 Feeling Marginalized in the Workplace: A Challenge for Gen Z Workers in Malaysia 56% of Gen Z workers in Malaysia feel like minorities in their workplaces, according to Randstad's recent survey. This is a wake-up call for all of us striving for a truly inclusive environment. But what’s causing this sense of exclusion? Religious beliefs are a key factor for 19% of Gen Z workers. Ethnicity, nationality, and race are also shaping these perceptions. It’s not just Gen Z though. 47% of Millennials and 41% of Gen X workers feel the same way. So, how can we close the gap?
