What an incredible week at the AESP conference in #Phoenix! With nearly 1,000 attendees, the 4 days were packed with valuable information, inspiring speakers, engaging workshops, and AMAZING humans. This years keynote speaker was quite possibly the best I’ve ever witnessed. Xiuhtezcatl Martinez 🙌🏽 If you’ve never heard of this incredible human, Google him asap. As someone who’s only been in the industry for 2 years, it was super cool to start seeing familiar faces and meet new folks, creating opportunities for both professional and personal development. My co-chair Sumeta Medicherla and I organized a Women in Energy networking breakfast that brought together a POWERful group of women, with nearly 144 attendees. Special thanks to our guest speakers, Jess Legaspi from Dress for Success Phoenix and Laura Schauer from ILLUME Advising, LLC, one of our sponsors. A heartfelt thank you to all the speakers and staff for putting on an amazing conference.
