My every Friday morning starts with me giving thanks & kudos to my colleagues: at Resource Innovations several residential program teams end the week with a 30-minute gratitude call. It's a delightful ritual that, when I joined, I figured isn't accidental: expressing gratitude is beneficial in astounding, science-backed ways and makes for more productive teams. I've just never heard of it practiced in a corporate setting. And on today's call my colleagues reminded me that tomorrow is my 3-year anniversary at the company - itself something to be grateful for! 🥰
