Yesterday, we welcomed National Asphalt Pavement Association Incoming Chairman of the Board, Patrick Nelson of Lehman-Roberts, to the NAPA office in D.C. We discussed Pat's vision for NAPA's priorities over the next year and brought Pat up to speed on our amazing staff's work. I always learn something from our staff during this orientation day and gain insight into how our next leader thinks, too - its time spent that inspires me and brings pride and hope for the asphalt pavement industry!
