    We are thrilled to announce the successful sale of Method Homes’ production facility, one of our many prime industrial properties. Method is a build-to-suit lease project for Method Homes. Method Home’s custom, Net-Zero residential and commercial structures appeal to customers located in high-cost real estate markets, remote regions or short building seasons where modular homes solve for expensive and scarce construction labor. The manufacturing facility enables Method Homes to fulfill its current pipeline and expand operations. Construction for this project commenced in September 2020 and fully delivered in July 2021. Method took occupancy of the project in early May 2021.  Location: Ferndale, WA Premises: 70,560 SF Closing Date: July 2024 This transaction underscores the continued strength and demand in the industrial real estate sector.     AT Industrial Co and Sawtooth Development Group are excited to announce that walls have successfully tilted at our latest industrial real estate project: Our second building at Meridian Commerce park located in Meridian, ID. This project represents a significant milestone for our team and our commitment to creating cutting edge industrial spaces. This building is a 132,236 square foot, single building, ground-up development that resides in the Meridian Commerce Park, a 120-acre logistics master plan in the heart of the Boise MSA. The project is exceptionally well located at I-84 and Black Cat Road, on the west end of Meridian. The highway 16 extension is located approximately ¾ of a mile west of the site, and when complete (~2025), will provide easy access north to US-20/26, and connection to the towns of Eagle, Star, and Middleton. The building is divisible down to ~20,000 sf delivering much needed smaller space product into the persistently tight Meridian sub-market which has limited product of this size. The building shell is targeted to be completed in April 2025. We would like to thank our general contractor, Alston Construction for their exceptional dedication and hard work, which has been instrumental in achieving this milestone.
