Ever wondered what a Touch Tour and Audio Described Performance is? By stepping on stage and exploring the set, props and costumes, Touch Tours allow patrons to get even closer to the show — helping the performance feel as rich and engaging as that of sighted audience members. This is coupled with a live, detailed narration of key visual elements such as costumes, settings and characters throughout the show. This is delivered through patrons' headphones, giving an inclusive and enriching experience without disrupting the show for anyone else. Take a peek behind the scenes of the recent Touch Tour and Audio Described Performance for Dear Evan Hansen at the Palace Theatre & Opera House Manchester. We'd like to say a massive thank you to Mind's Eye Description (Anne (Ad-Gb)Hornsby) and ATG Productions.

ATG Entertainment is building a new venue in Vienna! The theatre construction, in a strategic alliance with the City of Vienna and Wien Holding, is intended to be completed by 2027 and will provide new cultural and economic impetus in the performing arts scene within Austria. With 1,800 seats, this is the largest privately financed theatre project of the past 100 years and will not only be one of the most important venues in Austria, but will also set new standards in international theatre architecture. It uniquely combines private-sector experience and cultural commitment with the highest sustainability standards, creating a contemporary entertainment hotspot in Vienna's tradition-steeped Prater district. The cost of building the new venue is being borne solely by ATG Entertainment. The opening is planned for the end of 2027. Joachim Hilke (CEO Europe, ATG Entertainment) said: "We are very pleased to be building a world-class theatre in the Prater here in Vienna. ATG Entertainment would like to present outstanding and spectacular shows to the discerning audience in Vienna as well as to the many musical tourists. I am sure that the Theater im Prater will sustainably strengthen Vienna's reputation as a musical and cultural metropolis in the heart of Europe."
