A big Friday thank you to our Neurodiversity Network Committee for hosting a fascinating virtual discussion this week! Neurodiversity Celebration Week was a perfect time to hear from our committee members, and from colleagues across the UK and USA too. This led to an invaluable discussion of varied experiences of diagnoses, workplace adjustments, and life hacks. We’re grateful to all who joined to share their stories and lend their voices to an ongoing commitment to inclusivity and understanding.

Ever wondered what a Touch Tour and Audio Described Performance is? By stepping on stage and exploring the set, props and costumes, Touch Tours allow patrons to get even closer to the show — helping the performance feel as rich and engaging as that of sighted audience members. This is coupled with a live, detailed narration of key visual elements such as costumes, settings and characters throughout the show. This is delivered through patrons' headphones, giving an inclusive and enriching experience without disrupting the show for anyone else. Take a peek behind the scenes of the recent Touch Tour and Audio Described Performance for Dear Evan Hansen at the Palace Theatre & Opera House Manchester. We'd like to say a massive thank you to Mind's Eye Description (Anne (Ad-Gb)Hornsby) and ATG Productions.

This report illuminates some of our professional gains across UK, USA and German territories, including the hundreds of staff engaged with internal networks, local and national activations for special moments in the calendar, and training and workshops aiming to educate employees.
