Reflecting on an extraordinary week with our Cohort 12 founders in Berlin! 🚀
The week was packed with workshops, events, networking, and team building that left us buzzing with inspiration. Having the startup founders join us in person was an absolute delight, and we're thrilled to give you a sneak peek into all that unfolded during our week together.
🎤 We had an amazing time at the Foodtech Meetup hosted by KitchenTown Berlin and ZINTINUS! 🎉 It was an honor to hear from industry leaders like PROJECT EADEN, CEO Tim Wilmking and Veganz Group AG Founder Jan Bredack. The open elevator pitch session was a fantastic opportunity for networking and connecting with fellow food innovation enthusiasts.
💡 On Wednesday, we had an inspiring day starting with a fireside chat featuring Duong T Nguyen, Director of Research and Process Innovation at BLUU Seafood, and Tim Fronzek, CEO of Nosh.bio. They shared invaluable insights on building robust innovation and R&D roadmaps, along with best practices and learnings for scaling operations. In the afternoon, we toured the offices and labs of Formo, tasted their market-ready products, and had an engaging discussion with Lisa Feldhoff, Head of People and Culture, about team growth, hiring challenges, and her experiences at Formo.
🤝 Thursday was jam-packed with growth and insights! Pascal Heymann led a dynamic pitch workshop in the morning, guiding founders to fine-tune their problem framings and pitching techniques. Then, in the afternoon, we hosted Peter Dorfner from Green Generation Fund and Christian Gonzalez, PhD from Planet A Ventures for exclusive one-on-one sessions with our founders. Valuable questions were asked and perspectives shared. Wrapping up the day on a high note, we connected with fellow innovators and industry leaders at the GREENTECH FESTIVAL Networking event in the evening.
💚We joined the Greentech Festival on Friday. From deep conversations with stakeholders to diving into the array of festival offerings, it was a day filled with exploration and connection.
