Last month, Nyse withdrew its proposal to allow #SPACs an additional six months to remain listed if a SPAC had signed a definitive de-SPAC merger agreement. The good news is that SPACs are finding a new home on OTC Markets Group to allow management teams additional time to complete their #businesscombination. Congratulations Concord Acquisition Corp II (OTCQX: #CNDA), affiliated with Atlas Merchant Capital LLC, for finalizing their switch from Nyse to #OTCQX today. The switch to OTCQX will provide the SPAC investors with uninterrupted as it pursues its merger agreement with Events.com.
