Improvements and modernization help residents live safer, healthier lives and reduce the carbon footprint of these buildings. The housing lottery for Baisley Pond Park Residences has been launched, as featured in 6sqft. This building was formerly the JFK Hilton Hotel and is now undergoing conversion into affordable housing. A new mixed-use construction project is steadily progressing at 1340 Blondell Ave. in the Bronx. This 7-story building has 182 dwelling units, as well as 15,717 square feet of commercial retail space, 2,137 square feet of community facility space, 226 accessory parking spaces, and bike storage. This building is developed in partnership with Exact Capital. #newconstruction #bronx

450 E 158th St is steadily taking shape and is soon to be another option for housing people in need. This building will serve as housing for formerly homeless families and veterans, providing 84 sleeping rooms and 27,074 square feet of community facility space. The 31-story structure at 202 Tillary St. in Brooklyn is nearing completion. This mixed-use building has retail space and 465 housing units, developed in partnership with MADDD Equities and Joy Construction Corp. #newconstruction #brooklyn

The team at North Cove is working hard on the landscaping at the base of the building. It will become a place where the community can access the Harlem River waterfront and become closer to nature.
