    CELEBRATING HISPANIC HERITAGE MONTH 💜 ✅ Meet Joe Jimenez, Auto Approve’s Customer Service Manager. Over the past 3 years at Auto Approve, he built the Customer Service department from the ground up. Because Auto Approve strives to provide an exceptional customer experience during the auto refinance process, customer service is at the heart of every department. Being in customer service allows him to touch virtually every department. It's been fun for Joe to get to know all the great people within the organization and their areas of expertise. He’s especially gained a greater understanding of how the Sales colleagues operate. This gives him better insight into the backend processes and helps him better prepare his department to serve the business better. Pioneering and caring are two words Joe would use to describe Auto Approve, but Joe has also embodied these words over his tenure at Auto Approve. He has pioneered our Customer Service department by building a new department, constructing processes and procedures, and collaborating with colleagues across different departments to ensure customer satisfaction at every interaction. As a department leader, Joe cares about employee development. Joe believes the greatest asset is our people, and he is passionate about nurturing their professional and personal growth. When he is not helping develop his department and his team, he enjoys playing competitive soccer, guitar, and golfing.     CELEBRATING HISPANIC HERITAGE MONTH 💜 ✅ Meet Jose Orozco Tovar, a Loan Support Specialist, at Auto Approve. Before arriving at Auto Approve, he was looking for a change and wanted to build a career in the auto refinance industry. After the initial hands-on training, and over the past year with Auto Approve, his performance & experience has improved month over month. He attributes this success to the Loan Support leaders and his teammates. The department leaders are highly encouraging and are available to assist him with anything from everyday questions to helping him achieve his long-term goals that will advance his career. The best piece of advice Jose has received is “Success is not final; failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts”. The close-knit and supportive work culture within the Loan Support team encourages the courage to continue. The team ends every week with a “Cheers with Peers” meeting that celebrates the week's highlights and helps connect members of the team. Outside of work, Jose enjoys biking, woodworking, and swimming. Your hard work, dedication, and passion truly make a difference at Auto Approve! “A typical day consists of reaching out to customers to complete the documents necessary to finalize their refinance and answering any questions they have. I spend a great deal of time on the phone, sending text messages or emails, depending on which means of communication the customer prefers. The best part of the job is hearing customers say how much they are saving on their vehicles. Most of the people I speak to are so thankful because before hearing about Auto Approve, they didn’t think refinancing was a possibility.” - Jose

    CELEBRATING HISPANIC HERITAGE MONTH 💜 ✅ Meet Jessica Snyder, a Business Development Representative at Auto Approve. Before working at Auto Approve, Jessica worked as an in-store sales associate. Entering the auto refinance industry was a challenge she felt needed to advance her career. Over the last year, she has excelled as a BDR and gained the confidence to provide an excellent virtual customer experience. Additionally, her responsibilities have grown to assist with training new members of the Spanish-speaking BDR team. The best piece of advice Jessica received is to “never stop learning and always keep an open mind to learning and bettering yourself.” She credits her manager, Randi Munlin, with teaching her about the company and industry and providing her with the tools she needs to succeed. Off the clock, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family, working out, and trying out new restaurants. Thanks for all you do for Auto Approve! “Two words I’d use to describe Auto Approve are fun and engaging. Even though the Sales Development team is remote, there are many opportunities for team bonding and comradery. I enjoy everyday conversations with my coworkers that make me feel like I’m not isolated when working from home. I enjoy virtual team meetings because we get the opportunity to put a face to our voices and engage with each other. My favorite work memories revolve around the company-wide and team-wide holiday contests like the Halloween costume contests and holiday cookie decorating contest.” – Jessica

    CELEBRATING HISPANIC HERITAGE MONTH 💜 ✅ Meet Selena Alfaro, the Sr. Titles Manager, at Auto Approve. Selena’s favorite quote is “Leadership is not about being in charge; it's about taking care of those in your charge. You cannot lead a company; you can only lead people.” This quote from Simon Sinek resonates with her as she currently oversees the entire Title’s department. She started out at Auto Approve over a year ago as a Supervisor and played an integral part in the department’s title process restructuring which allowed the team to make extraordinary leaps and bounds that drastically improved the customer experience. She was then promoted to the Sr. Titles Manager. The most fulfilling part of the role is the constant growth of knowledge. Titles is an endless ocean of things to be learned, and she loves that there is always something new within titles that helps her never stop growing and learning. Outside of work, her hobbies mainly revolve around movies and TV. She is an expert movie buff, especially for anything 90s related. As for TV, she loves guilty pleasure reality shows and watches all the social/love experiment shows. On a more intellectual level, she is passionate about poetry. Reading and writing poetry has been a hobby for her since she was a teenager. Auto Approve is lucky to have you as a leader! “My first week at Auto Approve is one of my favorite memories. I flew to Minnesota and was able to meet with the Titles team and other departmental leaders. While I was nervous to start at a new company, I quickly knew this would be the right place for me when I learned about the vision and future plans of the Title’s department. Additionally, I was inspired by all the females in leadership positions within the company. While there was so much to learn and do, I instantly felt like this was a team I could grow with.” - Selena

    Employee Spotlight 🚨 💜 ✅ Meet Quincy Mitchell, a Principal Architect at Auto Approve. The opportunity to be proud of the end product drew him to Auto Approve 2 years ago. The barometer for whether the product works is simple. The product only works when it’s able to save people money. It’s been easy to be proud because the Tech Team has made great strides in making the loan process more efficient, allowing more people to save money on their auto loans. While his favorite project is still under wraps, we are waiting with bated breath for it to go live and to see his hard work come to fruition! Quincy’s motto is “Progress is better than perfect”. He likes to ensure that the general idea gets brought to fruition while establishing long term plans that account for any future implementation issues. This motto has helped the Tech team implement new ideas over his 2 years with Auto Approve. When not working, Quincy enjoys disc golf and is a budding chef!     Employee Spotlight 🚨 💜 ✅ Meet Nate Krominga, the Underwriting Team Lead at Auto Approve. Although Nate did not have underwriting experience prior to working at Auto Approve, he knew he wanted to find a remote work opportunity at a company that could turn the skills he acquired during his time in the Marine Corps (discipline, teamwork, and leadership) into a career. While Nate started as a Credit Underwriter, he advanced to the final review team after six months and was promoted to the Team Lead after one year. The best advice Nate received was to be tolerant with others and strict with yourself. He puts this advice into practice by working diligently as a leader to help the department evolve to fit the needs of the company and customers while also being a great resource to members of the team. Outside of Auto Approve, Nate enjoys Brazilian jiu jitsu, fishing, cooking, reading, and spending time at the beach. Thanks for all you do for Auto Approve customers! "While my typical day consists of underwriting deals, finalizing files, and answering the team’s questions, the most satisfying part of the job is being able to coach members of the Underwriting team. It is my goal for the team to gain the knowledge I’ve acquired over the past two years to read and understand credit.     Employee Spotlight 🚨 💜 ✅ Kyle Breitfelder Meet Kyle, a Loan Consultant (LC) at Auto Approve. Kyle’s favorite part of his job is changing customer's lives by getting them more flexibility in their budget. Since first joining Auto Approve a year ago, Kyle has most recently finished as a top Loan Consultant for the month of May 2024. He credits his success as an LC to both the training program and the support of his manager and peers. He found the initial training to be robust and felt immediately prepared to start communicating with customers when the initial training ended. Because the Loan Consultant training doesn’t stop after the first 60 days, Kyle has continued to grow in the LC role thanks to the ongoing training and best practice tips. When not working as a top-performing Loan Consultant, Kyle enjoys playing guitar, building PC's, working on cars, and playing with his kids. Thanks for all you do for Auto Approve customers! Kyle’s Testimonial: Coming from a credit union background, I wanted a role that was solely focused on auto loans. I found Auto Approve had the best reviews from customers, which often equates to a good work environment.
