    Executive Briefing Manager at Autodesk

Reflecting on a Mega Milestone at Autodesk University 2024! Thrilled to announce the successful completion of over 380 Executive Briefings at our largest flagship user conference in San Diego! It was an incredible opportunity to connect with so many innovative leaders, share insights, and explore how Autodesk’s solutions are driving transformation across industries. Our Briefing's were not only valuable in terms of exchanging ideas, but they also underscored the power of collaboration and our commitment to helping our customers navigate their biggest challenges. I had the incredible opportunity to jointly lead the program management of the EBC this year. This experience enabled me to sharpen my leadership skills; from strategic planning, collaborating with cross-functional teams to adaptability in meeting the ever-evolving needs of our program, stakeholders and capacity, all whilst pursuing my ambitions of elevating the quality of engagements & enhancing our onsite customer experience. I'm super grateful of working with such a talented team, who empowered us to execute a seamless and world-class brand experience. Thank you to everyone who made this achievement possible; our incredible and brilliant Account Teams, our wonderful Autodesk Executives + Subject matter experts, and most importantly, our global Customers. I'm so excited for what lies ahead as we continue to shape the future together! #AU2024 #AutodeskUniversity #OneTeam #ExecutiveBriefing #EBC

  • Climate change is driving heavier rainfall and more extreme floods across EMEA. Join us to hear from Anthony McCloy, Director at McCloy Consulting, and Autodesk's Rebecca Willey, who will talk to learn about Anthony's work with the Irish government in developing guidance for Rainwater Management Plans (RMPs). • What issues do they plan to address? • What kind of data informs their decisions? • We'll share a free guidance document for creating your own RMP • Attendance certificate for continuing development credit Join Autodesk and Smart Water Magazine 💧 on 5 November at 11:00 am GMT for this live event: https://bit.ly/3YqZJe3

  • This Charleston Sea Wall project may be a good example of InfoDrainage’s accelerated growth in the US, which takes advantage of its close integration with Civil 3D. When drainage designers can collaborate across the entire project lifecycle, they get involved earlier and have a stronger voice, which is one reason Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson chose InfoDrainage for the stormwater drainage design portion of this historic project. “I was able to take my design with my customer South Carolina storm parts and export that into InfoDrainage for my designer to analyze. He was able to see my models, my surface, my line work, and the site design and leverage that.” Watch the whole film – and read all the details – about the City of Charleston's epic drainage design fix on the One Water Blog: https://lnkd.in/gguJSfYD Want more profiles in customer excellence? • For AMP8, Severn Trent plans to invest around six billion pounds to enhance infrastructure and aims to be carbon neutral by 2030, ahead of Water UK's 2050 target. They take a digital approach, which is what Ofwat wants to see more water companies doing, and they use multiple Autodesk products to help them target environmental impact reductions and enhance collaboration with the supply chain. What else does Ofwat want to see water companies using their AMP8 funding for? Perhaps Ofwat's most important goal is to elevate the importance of Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG). We wrote about AMP and BNG in our latest white paper ‘AMP8’s unprecedented opportunities’, which we’ve been excerpting on the One Water Blog. We talk about: • 3 ways a developer can achieve BNG • Ofwat's hierarchy of solutions • Why SuDS is the future in drainage design • The problem with relying on offsets • Sustainability is a bigger trend than most realise Read it and grab a free download of the white paper: https://lnkd.in/gdp8mm7f #suds #drainagedesign #ofwat #environmentaldesign #water #offsets #sustainability

  • Since Innovyze joined Autodesk, we've been making outstanding progress. Together, we've come a long way, which you can see in this nice timeline graphic. What does the future hold? We believe technology throughout the water industry is poised to make a substantial leap forward via the widespread adoption of cloud-connected solutions with robust APIs that supply copious amounts of real-time data – the kind of things you're already seeing in our next-generation applications. But we also know that not everyone is ready to make this leap. Some time-tested software and systems are still doing mission-critical work, which is why we're now offering some of our applications as subscriptions: • XPSWMM / XPSTORM • InfoAsset Manager • InfoAsset Mobile • InfoAsset Online • ICMLive • IWLive Pro We’re committed to providing these essential products through our regular sales channels as subscriptions, ensuring you have a path forward and bridging the gap between your current on-premises workflows and future innovations. If these trusted tools meet your current needs, you can continue to use them to deliver projects efficiently and run your operations. What else does the future hold? We're glad you asked. We’ve been publishing a public Water Solutions Roadmap for the last few years because we want you to see the significant progress we’re making with integrating Innovyze software into Autodesk. We want you to be confident that we’ll keep delivering exceptional value for years to come, and we’ve updated the roadmap to include these products. • How do you reassure residents of Charleston who live near the Low Battery Seawall that their cars won't be completely underwater? Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson used InfoDrainage to very accurately model the effects of flooding. Thanks to the drainage profiles and HGL and HEC-22 tools they can "definitively say that it's going to be this deep for this length of time".
