Appeals! Appeals! Appeals! I have never seen so many enticing appellate opportunities. These firms seek an associate to draft appeals at various levels of state and federal courts, including cases tried by other firms. The firms seek a (1-5) year appellate associate with excellent research and writing skills, prior appellate experience, and, ideally, a federal district or U.S. Courts of Appeals clerkship. These firms offer hybrid working environments, and compensation is on the Cravath scale. Texas Licensure or the ability to obtain a Texas license is required. For an exceptional candidate, these firms would be willing to consider clerks completing clerkships in the fall of 2024. Please email your resume to amy@avalonlegalsearch.com and we can find a time to talk about your background, experience, and these appellate roles!

Dallas Bankruptcy is BUSY! We are working with multiple firms looking for a (2–5) year bankruptcy and restructuring associate to join the firms’ national practices. The ideal candidates will have a prior federal judicial clerkship and/or chapter 11 experience representing debtors or creditors in complex and sophisticated corporate bankruptcy matters. Texas licensure or the ability to waive in is a prerequisite for relocating lawyers. Top of the market compensation!!! I’m #hiring. Know anyone who might be interested?
