I’m inspired by how our AVB Construction team can take something that starts as an idea from our developers and bring it to life.   New construction project teams oversee hundreds of tradespeople working on our jobsites daily. My motivation comes from strengthening the safety culture of our project teams to ensure those people go home as healthy and happy (or happier) as they were coming into work in the morning."
