    Avolta’s 9M delivers +6.6% growth, marking the 7th consecutive growth quarter and confirming its Destination 2027 targets. Avolta announces 4% of its share capital will be cancelled in 2024 in line with its reinforced shareholder focused capital allocation policy.     We grow in Switzerland with new openings as part of our 30-year concession partnership with Tamoil SA, on one of Switzerland’s most important motorways, granting access to 60,000 vehicles daily. As part of the 30-year partnership announced in July 2022 with Swiss Oil Company Tamoil SA, Avolta has developed a one-stop catering, convenience and refueling concept, distinguished by its contemporary design and focus on locally-sourced ingredients.     Proud of our partnership with O’Hare International Airport and Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield Airports, together with A Silver Lining Foundation in the fight against breast cancer. Generating a positive impact is part of our DNA and echos throughout our business. Thank you to each and every person involved in this initiative.

      In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport Terminal 5 is offering travelers an opportunity to join in the fight against breast cancer at some of our local concessions.     Throughout the month of October, customers can enjoy exclusive offers that give back at Dufry Group, Hudson and I LOVE CHICAGO, INC.. Portions of the proceeds will be donated to A Silver Lining Foundation. A Silver Lining Foundation funds cost-free breast health tests for women and men who are uninsured, underinsured, undocumented, and have nowhere else to go. They work with 18 partner hospitals in the Chicagoland, Elgin, and Rockford areas.    Passengers are also encouraged to share a note of hope, strength and love in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month on the terminal’s chalkboard wall.

    Eugenio Andrades’ Legacy latest news: Fostering Inclusion at the Iconic Caja Mágica   This past Saturday, in collaboration with Fundación Deporte y Desafío as part of Avolta's Eugenio Andrades’ Legacy project, we held a special event at Caja Mágica, home to the Mutua Madrid Open, where tennis legends such as Rafael Nadal, Novak Djokovic, Roger Federer, Carlos Alcaraz, and Yannick Sinner have all left their mark. With over 40 participants, including 10 children with neurological disabilities alongside their families and our Avolta volunteers, the day was spent engaging in tennis lessons and inclusive games. This activity was particularly meaningful, as it brought together two of Eugenio’s great passions: tennis and supporting those less advantaged. Fundación Bepro led the activities, ensuring all participants enjoyed a day filled with learning and fun, and special thanks goes to the Mutua Madrid Open for generously offering us the use of their courts. The event concluded with a certificate ceremony led by Gerard Tsobanian, CEO, Mutua Madrid Open, Alberto Sánchez, Sports Manager, Mutua Madrid Open Sports Club, Paula Dávila Martínez, Eugenio's wife and Fernando Nadal Rubio, our Chief Operational Excellence & Risk Officer, recognizing each person's involvement. This event was not just about tennis – it was a powerful example of how sports can promote social inclusion and break down barriers; honoring Eugenio’s legacy of making a difference where it matters most.     Avolta grows presence in Belgium We’re pleased to unveil our expansion across Belgium’s railway network with the award of two new stores with contracts for eight and twelve years respectively; Croustico Bakery Station at Hasselt NMBS Railway Station and Quick burger restaurant Brussels Midi Railway Station.     Today we extend a huge congratulations to our Autogrill HR team for winning Best HR Team Award! Our team based in Italy has been awarded the Best HR Team in the Equity, Diversity & Inclusion category by HRC Community - MyHRGoal, for the inspiring project "Feeding Inclusion: the Arrival of Edoardo" in collaboration with PizzAut. This initiative is a significant step in our partnership with PizzAut, an innovative model of social inclusion that provides employment opportunities for autistic individuals. Thanks to this collaboration, Edoardo, one of the talented young people from the association, has joined Autogrill, while we continue to offer training and awareness activities to further implement inclusive practices in our stores. This project exemplifies the values of diversity and inclusion that shape Avolta's culture and was also highly commended in the People & Planet: Diversity and Inclusion Champion category at the Frontier Awards 2024!
