Today, our charitable arm in North America, Journey For Good Foundation, announced its inaugural grant cycle, awarding $500,000 to 26 charities. Thank you to the tens of thousands of travelers who made donations in our travel convenience, specialty retail, and duty-free stores, and to each of our team members who support Journey For Good Foundation's fundraising efforts. As we continue to hear the emotional stories about the devastation caused by Hurricane Beryl in Houston, our hearts go out to those impacted — especially our team members at George Bush Intercontinental Airport, William P. Hobby Airport, and Space Center Houston, along with their families. We are proud that during such a difficult time, Hudson is able to offer those in need of financial assistance the opportunity to apply for a grant to help offset the cost associated with recovering from this natural disaster. To date, we have approved 55 grants across Hudson, Dufry, and HMSHost, and our support will continue to grow.   While the program, Avolta Cares, is primarily funded by team members for team members, we welcome donations from anyone interested in offering assistance. The secret's out — we are growing in Pittsburgh! 🎉 As part of Pittsburgh International Airport's modernization project, Hudson will open several exciting new retail stores to offer travelers more choices during their journey. We will open several Hudson travel convenience stores along with specialty retail outlets M·A·C Cosmetics, Champion City Sports — a destination for all things Pittsburgh sports — and Duquesne & Co., an accessories and gift concept focused on local artisans.
