Construction Quality Assurance Manager (CQAM)  📍 Location: Georgia, Atlanta  📅 Job Type: Full-Time  About the Role:  Axiom is seeking a Construction Quality Assurance Manager (CQAM) for a major highway transportation infrastructure project in Georgia. The CQAM will act as the primary liaison between project stakeholders, ensuring compliance with GDOT regulations, industry standards, and contractual quality requirements. Key Responsibilities:  ✅ Oversee ICQA services and ensure compliance with the Construction Quality Management Plan (CQMP).  ✅ Act as the single point of contact within Axiom for all project quality-related communications.  ✅ Develop, implement, and monitor quality policies, procedures, and inspection protocols.  ✅ Coordinate with GDOT, the Developer, and QAM to ensure inspection and testing activities align with project requirements.  ✅ Review and approve QA test results, inspection reports, and corrective action plans.  ✅ Identify and mitigate risks related to nonconforming work and ensure proper corrective action implementation.  ✅ Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all ICQA activities.  ✅ Monitor project schedules and ensure appropriate ICQA staffing.  ✅ Issue Stop Work Notices when necessary and manage Nonconformance Reports (NCRs).  Qualifications & Experience:  ✔️ Must be a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Georgia.  ✔️ Minimum 10 years of experience in highway transportation infrastructure construction (project manager, superintendent, or senior construction quality assurance/inspection role).  ✔️ Experience managing quality assurance for highway transportation projects involving interchanges, roadways, and bridges.    Why Join Axiom?  🔹 Work on a high-profile infrastructure project with GDOT – Be part of a transformative highway transportation initiative that will have a lasting impact on Georgia’s infrastructure and communities.  🔹 Play a key leadership role in ensuring construction quality and compliance – Take ownership of quality assurance processes, drive excellence in construction practices, and ensure project success through rigorous compliance with industry standards and GDOT regulations.  🔹 Competitive compensation and benefits – Enjoy a rewarding career with a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive work environment that recognizes and rewards your expertise.  🔎 Interested?
