Over her four years at AZZ, she has worked hard and quickly advanced in her career. Such impressive advancement comes with an attainment of invaluable knowledge and perspective. Jackie is ready to pass on some of her knowledge that she hopes will help others who are wanting to grow within their role and career. Her advice is that they: "Learn and be involved. For me it was about being out there on the line, seeing the work they were doing, and asking questions. There are no bad questions - you need to ask questions (to grow)!" The Plymouth team closed summer in style, firing up the grill for their much-anticipated annual company cookout. The atmosphere was filled with the delicious aroma of grilled food as multiple cooks took turns manning the grill, each bringing their own flair to the feast!

Built in 1907, the historic Kinsey Bridge spans the Yellowstone River near Miles City, Montana, and serves as a crucial link for residential, agricultural, and commercial traffic. Facing significant deterioration by the end of 2022, the bridge underwent rehabilitation that prioritized minimizing maintenance costs and enhancing safety in the region's harsh winters. Hot-dip galvanized steel was selected for the new open grid deck design due to its corrosion resistance, low maintenance needs, lightweight properties, and efficient drainage capabilities. This upgrade not only extends the bridge's service life with reduced costs but also offers an aesthetically pleasing appearance that blends seamlessly with Montana's scenic landscape. Shoutout to the AZZ Crowley Care Team for their incredible generosity! The Care Team donated over 250 lbs. of dog and cat food, along with cat litter, to the local Crowley Animal Shelter. Located just across the train tracks from our galvanizing plant, employees often hear the dogs barking in the morning, reminding them of their presence and needs. Thank you!

Throwing it back to an unforgettable Mother's Day! #ThrowbackThursday Kudos to the AZZ Hamilton Care Team for coming together to make Mother's Day special by purchasing and hand-delivering 60 roses and vases to the mothers in our local nursing homes. On Friday, May 10, our volunteers spent time with the residents, brightening their day with beautiful flowers and heartfelt conversations.
