Our Bader Development team 👷has been hard at work in East Bethel on our newest project, Sandhill Parkway. The streets were recently paved, and many buildings are taking shape. This townhome community features 2, 2+den, and 3 bedroom floor plans and will have an abundance of amenities including a clubhouse with club room, resort-style pool, fitness center, and outdoor kitchen area with a TV. Paws in the Park 🐾 🐕 We had a great time at The Commons Park meeting many barks and boos who braved the elements to run free in the pop-up dog park. Our Bader booth had tennis balls, doggie doo-doo bags, dog treats and human candy treats as well. Bader sponsored the costume contest and it did not disappoint! Congrats to the ice cream driver and his owner who won Best in Show 🥇🍦 Thank you @Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board for inviting us to be apart of your event!
