Our Balboa Nephrology team recently came together for our annual Hero’s Journey—a day that reminds us all why we do what we do. Over 120 of our dedicated staff engaged in learning, storytelling, and deep reflection on what it truly means to be an advocate for our patients. It was a recommitment to fighting to restore health in our patients, to highlight the needs of a caregiver, to elevate the support of our physicians and staff. It's why I love my role and why I love our people.
