I really enjoy spending time with, and training, the newest members of our Home Therapies Products Team. In addition to the essential product and therapy training, It's critical that we focus on helping the newest members of our team feel great about the decision they've made, the company they've joined, the people they work with, and the mission we're on to help provide superior care for patients who require dialysis to survive. I feel good about being someone they meet early on in their journey. What is something you are proud of with your work? There are a number of things I'm proud of. The first thing that comes to mind is the development of our "Mountains Of Evidence" campaign. When I was in marketing we had a massive wave of Clinical Evidence rolling in supporting home and more frequent therapy, and the impact these therapies can have on patient's lives. I pulled from my clinical and sales experience to deliver a simple, powerful summary of the evidence that was used for many years throughout the country. It felt great to create something that was so valuable to our field team, helping them, and clinicians better understand the power of the therapies we make possible.  Lastly, Robert has lived in every state in New England AND spent nearly 20 years living in California! He also even had a taste of the good life and worked in Hawaii for a spell! Aloha!
