This week marks the start of Ball’s Global Volunteer Month! Each year, our employees gather throughout their communities to lend a hand where it’s needed most. In past years, we’ve planted trees, educated students about recycling, and cleaned a children’s museum from top to bottom.    Our philanthropic arm, The Ball Foundation, impacts communities across the globe through recycling initiatives, educational programs, and disaster relief. In working to advance a world free from waste, we start directly in the communities that sustain us and provide hands-on support not just during March, but all year long.     As we gear up for another successful year, we invite our colleagues, friends, and community to join us in our mission. Carnival throwback! ✨ Check out this colorful can we made for CERVEJARIA THREE LIONS to celebrate #Carnival this year 🎉 In São José dos Campos, the personalized cans highlighted the union of creativity and sustainability for the brewery's pre-Carnival in the third year of partnership between Three Lions and Ball. Many thanks to the Conroe, Texas plant team members who served folks at Meals on Wheels Montgomery County last week! They prepared breakfast bags and veteran meal bags, sorted food donations and prepared meals for program participants. Collectively, they delivered hot meals to around 50 senior citizens and other locals in need. “The interactions with seniors are truly heartwarming,” said Kari Schuster, Assistant Plant Manager at Conroe. “For many, we are the only faces they see that day, and knowing they look forward to our visit makes the experience even more rewarding." Kudos to the amazing Conroe team for taking time to help folks in need – you truly embody our values of “We Care. We Work.
