Come to see the amazing Sphere activation, stay for an explanation of why we had our eye on Las Vegas last week.
Approximately 150 million U.S. adults experience occasional or frequent symptoms of dry eye, and around 38 million are living with dry eye disease. Unfortunately, most don’t know how to recognize symptoms and aren’t seeking treatment.
That’s why we convened nearly 300 eye care professionals at Vision Expo West for a discussion on the state of dry eye. But you didn’t have to be in attendance to learn more; anyone within sight of Sphere couldn’t miss our creative activation on the world’s largest LED screen, which featured a real eye with dry eye symptoms overlaid. Curiosity drove visits to www.KnowYourDryEye.com, which we expect will lead to patient dialogue with health care providers who can recommend treatment options, from OTC solutions to pharmaceutical interventions as appropriate.
The lesson here? Sometimes you have to go big to address big challenges.
