You may be wondering, what if there's already a barre3 studio in my area? Is it still a possibility to open my own studio here? The answer most likely is–yes! Most markets can support multiple barre3 studios. We use a robust modeling system to determine where a barre3 studio would be best positioned for success. About us
Headquartered in Portland, Oregon, barre3 is a fitness and wellness company with a revolutionary vision: to redefine what success in fitness means. This class, in addition to an expanding workout portfolio—including b3 Strength, b3 Cardio, and b3 Mindful Flow—is taught in barre3’s 185 studios across the U.S. and Canada and through its online platform, which has a streaming-subscriber base in 100+ countries. Launched just over 15 years ago, barre3 has already become one of the largest franchisors in the industry and has grown into a matrix organization with distinct and thriving units, including franchise, digital, retail, and experience.

Barre3 is ready "to put the pedal to the metal," and the fitness industry is taking notice. In a recent article, Athletech News noted barre3's remarkable expansion over the past year: "It’s been a notable year for the upscale and community-focused fitness franchise, having acquired The Barre Code, a Midwest barre fitness brand, and increasing average unit volume by 27% year-over-year. Barre3 also partnered with WHOOP, the human performance company, allowing members to access their personalized health metrics. Barre3 co-founder Sadie Lincoln shared that while Barre3 has scaled sustainably, the brand is ready to put the pedal to the metal." Read more: https://lnkd.in/giCQMXCH

This one goes out to all the educators, unexpected mentors, and folks we meet in the in-between moments who profoundly change our lives. I loved being a part of The One Who Changed Everything series with Maggie McGrath Forbes and reflecting on my years as as a young woman who was frankly lost. I had no idea my passion for group exercise was worthy of a career—until I was seen and a door was opened that changed my life. Michael (Mick) Deluca is my “One.”Who is yours? Tag them below and enjoy this walk down memory lane with me! Full interview here. https://lnkd.in/g8bMfBiH

“How Sadie Lincoln Turned barre3 Into a Fitness Empire” Forbes sat down with barre3 Co-Founder and CEO Sadie Lincoln to discuss how her early days as a group fitness instructor at UCLA led to the creation of barre3 years later. Sadie also shares how she knew from the start she’d scale the business through franchising with other women, as well as what differentiates barre3 from other fitness practices like yoga and pilates. Team member spotlight! Meet Sara Catherine Holder, barre3's Senior Director of Training. Sara Catherine heads up the barre3 training division and is a long-time barre3 instructor based in Chicago, IL. She manages a large team of Instructor Trainers and Certification Specialists whose primary goal is to provide our franchise fleet with the tools needed to create and deliver remarkable classes. We asked Sara Catherine what she loves about working at barre3: "After ten plus years, what I love most about barre3 is creating a different sort of space for people to move their bodies than what is typical in the industry. I truly believe in our mission and feel honored that I get to have some part in helping people redefine their relationship with fitness and come home to their bodies. I also love collaborating with my team to push our training program toward excellence to make things better and easier for our studio owners." – Sara Catherine

We are proud to once again celebrate CEO and Co-Founder Sadie Lincoln's inclusion in the Forbes 50 Over 50 list, as she and her daughter attended the inspiring #ForbesOver50 luncheon last week. 👏
“There. Is. Time.” These words by Mika Brzezinski summed up my take-away after attending the Forbes Over 50 luncheon in a room packed with magnetic, driven, courageous, and incredibly accomplished women in their 50++++’s. My mind is still blown to be included in Forbes #ForbesOver50 list and represent barre3 this way. I was delighted to bring my daughter Audrey. We were both so inspired by all the incredible women we met. If you are in your mid-life or beyond I hope this inspires you today too. We are just getting started. Wide open runway ahead!

We love any opportunity to recognize the incredible barre3 instructors across the country who deliver a remarkable in-class experience week after week. Simone Boos just celebrated the 10-year mark as an instructor at Barre3 Winter Park. Congrats Simone! 👏 ✨
This week marks a literal decade... of squats and making playlists and getting up early on Sunday mornings to teach. ✨ Ten years of barre3 and our little studio community. ✨ One hundred and twenty months of relearning and helping others find grace and strength in the bodies we have now. ✨ Five hundred and twenty one weeks of all the ups and downs and growing pains that any long-term relationship sees. ✨ Three thousand, six hundred and fifty days of wearing many, many different hats and learning more than I ever could have anticipated about being an instructor and a human on planet earth. ✨ Eighty seven thousand and six hundred hours of incredible people and memories I wouldn't ever trade. ✨ Happy Anniversary #barre3 🧡 We've come a long way together, and I can't wait to see what you'll teach me next. #barre3 #barre3instructor #barre3winterpark #fitnessinstructor #anniversary #tenyears
