In 2020, Bartell Drugs joined the Rite Aid enterprise as a subsidiary and continues to be a trusted neighborhood wellness destination for the Pacific Northwest.

Diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) are foundational to the way we operate. This June, and every day, we’re honored to celebrate love and equality and recognize the vibrant contributions of the LGBTQ+ community. Our theme to celebrate this month, “Pride: It Means More!" places emphasis on how all of us play a role in fostering a culture of empathy, compassion and allyship. Standing in solidarity with our LGBTQ+ colleagues, customers and communities sends a powerful message that discrimination and prejudice have no place within our workplace and our stores. Show your #Pride! 🏳🌈 Check out local celebrations: https://lnkd.in/g6Dqw6HS

March is here, marking the start of #WomensHistoryMonth – a time to reflect on incredible strides women have made in shaping history, breaking barriers and driving change and we honor the legacy of female trailblazers across all industries. At Bartell Drugs, we are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where women have the opportunity to thrive, lead and succeed through allyship, empowerment and advocacy. Liana Alaverdyan and female leaders alike are championing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging within our organization by sharing stories of resilience that helped build confidence and propel them to success. "Women throughout history have created opportunities for me and so many others and because of that, today I am a proud pharmacist. I encourage young women to do what they love!”
