At Honors Student Council first Service Social, honors students came together to spread kindness and connection through the Post-It Love organization. Over 700 thoughtful and heartfelt notes were written, brightening our Baruch community and beyond! 🌟 From words of encouragement to affirmations of self-love, each post-it was a small gesture with a big impact. Grateful to everyone who participated and made this event such a success. It’s moments like these that remind us of the power of community and giving back. 💛 Community service is an essential part of the honors program at Baruch College, and we at Honors Student Council are proud to have hosted our first Service Social in collaboration with Post It Love 💗

Dreams do come true. 🕊️ I am incredibly grateful for my six-month internship at the United Nations HQ in New York, where I have the opportunity of supporting the United Nations Office for Disarmament Affairs across various branches, including regional disarmament, information and outreach, CAB and WMD. In my role, I compile and analyze daily updates on critical disarmament issues, such as nuclear non-proliferation and arms control. I collaborate with professionals dedicated to advancing disarmament goals, all while improving my research and communication skills in an international environment.
