Congratulations to one of our staff leaders, Crystal Abasolo, for being named Honoree of this year's 30 Under 30 award by the YMCA-USA Emerging Leaders Resource Network! Crystal's outstanding work can be seen in her leadership as the Co-Chair of the African American Resource Network (AARN Employee Resource Network) and work as Director of Workforce Development. Crystal's dedication to provide opportunities for Black/African American staff, empowering youth with information and resources, and leading programs such as the Vizion and Voice Podcast has made a significant impact on our community. Her commitment to helping youth broaden their horizons and providing a safe space is truly commendable and mirrors our 2030 Vision. We recognize her hard work and dedication at Bayview Hunters Point YMCA and beyond. We are so proud to have Crystal recognized and celebrate her on this well-deserved achievement.
