Little Treat Culture, Girl Dinner, Protein Ice Cream.. all 2024 F&B trends that point to a continued preference (especially among Gen Z) of snacking > meals. 🍟 Modern Restaurant Management (MRM) magazine calls out the staggering stat from Datassential that 74 percent of consumers have had a snack in place of a meal in the past week. In line with this trend, we're likely to see more F&B innovations, whether it's an LTO or a whole new concept like McDonald's CosMc's, in 2025.
