Our CTO Pierre joined Stef (CEO of Cradle) on stage at #benchtalk in London, where they shared how the "engineering mentality" has driven rapid success at both companies. They emphasized that AI relies on good data and strong data management, with scientists and engineers working closely together. Sometimes it means getting hands dirty and other times not reinventing the wheel, but it's always about staying agile and collaborative.
