What do you know about Arc Fertility? Check out the 3x3x3 Challenge with David Adamson, MD below and make sure to subscribe to our weekly newsletter at BenefitsAlly.com! ARC Fertility (ARC) is a highly experienced national provider of innovative fertility and family-forming benefits for self-insured employers and their employees. Transcription: What is ARC Fertility? Great to be here with you, Chris. ARC Fertility was founded in 1997 because of our passion to increase access to quality reproductive care, and we're doing this through national network with 1/4 quarter of all the IVF clinics in the United States and Canada. And we're doing this with the help of brokers, employers, health plans, and TPAs. We deliver really high-value care, family-forming benefits in evidence-based treatment packages and validated superior outcomes with lower cost and very innovative pricing. We have comprehensive care through fertility care in all aspects of women's and men's reproductive health, including menopause, return to work, and pregnancy and emotional health. We've helped tens of thousands of people get the family of their dreams since 1997. How is ARC fertility different? We really are different, Chris, in that we have higher quality at lower cost and more flexibility. And how do we do that? Well, we have top-tier vetted doctors who provide good care, and it's individualized for the needs of each patient. Our Concierge Care Navigators provide personal, one-on-one navigation and support, and we have a superior digital platform that results in a net promoter score of over 80, and we have validated superior outcomes. And we can do this at lower cost, 15% less than any others, and 30 to 40% less than major health plans. We do this through discounted pricing, evidence-based care that avoids waste, both in our program and also in the general medical plan, and there's no employee or member per month charge. The employer only pays when an employee actually uses the care. And we're very flexible. We can design a plan exactly for what any employer wants. In addition to our fertility care, we have optional services in pharmacy, extended women's and men's reproductive health. And we can do financing to help support the employer in getting the need that the employees want. And so the level of subsidy provided by the employer is chosen by them, as well as the services that they want to provide. Who is a good fit for ARC Fertility? Just about any company's a good fit for us, Chris. Employers who want to seek comprehensive family-forming benefits, and there are many today. Health plans, TPAs, and brokers, especially those in the larger self-funded space. Organizations with diverse workforces, HR professionals focused on talent retention and recruitment, and businesses that need to retain top talent. Any forward-thinking company that wants to embrace modern healthcare solutions should contact ARC Fertility today to help design the program that meets all their needs.

What do you know about Ilant Health? Check out the 3x3x3 Challenge with Elina Onitskansky below and make sure to subscribe to our weekly newsletter at BenefitsAlly.com! Value-based obesity care: compelling for employees, financially valuable for employers. Engaging right people, matching to right treatment, providing right support. Not GLP-1s for all…or for none! Transcription: What is Ilant Health? Yeah, so Ilant Health is a value-based approach to obesity management and cardio metabolic health. We combine proprietary analytics with a comprehensive care team and purpose built technology to drive health outcomes, ROI and member experience. Our model starts with a proprietary claims analytics engine the Ilant Rapid Returns, which serves to identify and engage members with obesity and highest clinical and financial value from treatment. We then support those members and others that inbound into our program through a proprietary clinical decision support algorithm, the Ilant Metabolism Matters, which matches individuals to the treatment that is right for them across intensive behavioral therapy, pharmacotherapy, including both GLPs and non GLPs, and bariatric surgery. This approach takes a whole person lens, incorporating medical, mental health, nutrition, physical activity and social determinants of health to drive a better approach to utilization management. We then support individuals with the most comprehensive care team on the market, and we drive engagement and adherence through a combination of human touch and technology. How is Ilant Health different? Yeah, first and foremost, we are value-based. So our model is risk-based and outcomes-oriented. We focus on aligning our financial value to the outcomes for our members and our clients. The second piece is that we offer the most comprehensive care team. That includes not just obesity medicine and registered dieticians, but also mental health clinicians and lived experience peer-based support. Third, we offer a single front door to obesity management, enabling individuals to match across the full evidence-based treatment spectrum, including intensive behavioral therapy, pharmacotherapy and bariatric surgery. We do this in an individualized way, driving both positive financial outcomes and great member experience, which provides a better approach to utilization management than step therapy. And finally, we integrate with current care teams such as primary care physicians and mental health clinicians, as well as with other benefits, driving true care coordination. Who is a good fit for Ilant Health? Yeah, Ilant's a great fit for employers and payers looking for evidence-based care, financial value and member experience. So if you're looking for someone that supports a triple aim of healthcare, consider talking to us.

What do you know about Medicine At Work? Check out the 3x3x3 Challenge with Kate Harvath below and make sure to subscribe to our weekly newsletter at BenefitsAlly.com! Medicine At Work is a smarter approach to on-site clinics with no build-out costs, no setup fees, no long-term contracts, and is available for groups as small as 200 members in a single location. Transcription: What is Medicine At Work? Hi, Chris. At Medicine At Work, we have a smarter, more personalized approach to on-site medical care. Members can get convenient access to routine healthcare, including first-touch occupational medicine, without having to pay money out of their pocket or take time away from work. Here are four things that benefit professionals should know about Medicine At Work. First, we're available for groups as small as 200 members at a single location. Second, we use board certified providers combined with an on-site health coach at every clinic. Third, there are zero start-up or build out costs and we can launch a clinic in 60 to 90 days. And fourth, there are no long-term contracts. Employers can terminate the agreement at any time with a 60-day notice. How is Medicine At Work different? Our technology and staffing models is what sets us apart. We set up the clinic in any spare space an employer has. All we need is an empty room, typically 15x15, and our team brings in everything else. The clinic is typically staffed with an on-site paramedic, LPN, or nurse practitioner, and an experienced board certified physician who can connect remotely via the cloud. Our technology includes state-of-the-art, high-resolution examination instruments that send live audio and video, which allows a doctor to examine, diagnose, and treat remotely, including same-day prescriptions. We provide convenience care, wellness and preventive care, occupational medical support, including on-site drug testing and much more. Plus, with our model of no build out costs, no set-up fees, and no long-term contracts, we make it easy for employers to try an on-site clinic. Who is a good fit for Medicine At Work? Medicine At Work is a great fit for any group with at least 200 members at a single location. We've had particular success with municipalities, manufacturing, construction, and food services, but we are industry agnostic and available in all 50 states. If you're a benefits professional who is looking for something different, that can put you a step ahead of the competition, please reach out to our team. We can provide a high-level demo, including pricing, in under 15 minutes.
