WHEN CUSTOMER OBSESSION WINS Last year, KimChiChic Beauty was invited to collaborate with the TikTok Shop as their beauty category launch partner. We’ve learned incredible things about social selling along the way but the best of all has been our always-on dialogue with customers. Every moment of the day, and especially during our TikTok Lives, customers share what they love and also what they want to see next. Last year, when KimChiChic’s Puff Puff Pass went viral, over a million customers had the opportunity to try our lightweight, finely milled rice powder and vitamin E formula. We extended the line from translucent to also include white, ivander, banana, peachy, suntan, almond, cocoa and chocolate. And yet – our TikTok KimChicas told us that one essential color was still missing – pink! Pink setting powder can counteract darker tones under the eyes and can also help make-up appear brighter. Our e-commerce team shared the request with our product development team and today, we’re thrilled to share that Puff Puff Pass Pink is live!
