Professional development for emerging leaders
About us
NextGen Center provides professional development programs that teach vital tools and create experiences for transformational growth. Programs that help participants develop the “soft skills” of business – the people side of things. We connect with young professionals aspiring to leadership roles and equip them with the skills they need to effectively manage themselves as well as others. We want those with whom we partner to make a difference through continual development, and use their talents to create and sustain great workplace experiences, teams, and organizations. Our program to lead effectively: NextGen Center is proud to offer a five-module program, Foundation for Effective Leadership, that will give you the skills and operating system to effectively communicate and lead others in the workplace. The program centers on an in-person, experiential practicum that teaches you how to lead with a “coach” mindset. With NextGen Center, you will: • Gain insights and experience that increase confidence and competence • Enjoy better communication and stronger receptiveness among team members • Improve your ability to lead others towards company goals • Become part of an emotionally safe community of emerging leaders

As we transition into Fall, it's natural to ask, how do I want the rest of this year to unfold? The answers typically gravitate to 1) I want to complete the goals I set out to accomplish in 2024, and 2) I want to set the conditions for success for the year ahead. While it might feel overwhelming, I invite you to reflect on this prompt: Given where I am right now, in this moment, what would success look like for the rest of 2024? Please join us next Friday (Sept 20, 9AM-9:30AM) for a brief and impactful workshop on the important topic of Defining Success. 👉 Registration and information below!
