Alex brings a wealth of experience, passion, and expertise in aerospace and legal advisory, having dedicated his career to some of the most cutting-edge companies in the space sector. As a seasoned angel investor, Alex has over 20 personal investments in startups with a special focus on satellite communication platforms and propulsion systems, such as Mynaric, laser communication company. He’s also the Co-Founder & Head of Legal at FitFame, Chairman of the Board at esportido AG. Beyond his impressive legal credentials—including a JD from the University of Bonn, an LL.M from Anglia University Cambridge, and an MBA from Drake University—Alex has been an avid space enthusiast since childhood, deeply fascinated by interstellar travel. We're thrilled to share our excitement about the stunning new space suit created through the incredible collaboration between Axiom Space and Prada Group! Our co-founder and partner, Viktor Shpakovsky, had the honor of witnessing this remarkable suit firsthand at the exclusive Prada Group and Axiom event last week in Milan during the International Astronautical Congress (IAC). The Axiom Extravehicular Mobility Unit (AxEMU) spacesuit, set to be used for NASA’s Artemis III mission, is a perfect blend of creativity and engineering. The outer-layer design and materials were jointly developed by Axiom and Prada, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in next-generation spacesuit design.
