Each link in these chains contains a message of kindness, encouraging our members to reflect on what it means to be compassionate and the impact kindness can have on their lives and communities. Mentors like Sam Hick IV, who has dedicated 16 years to our Clubs, make a lasting impact by noticing strengths, listening to concerns, and fostering dreams. The benefits of mentorship are profound — from promoting college readiness and improving mental health outcomes to encouraging healthy habits. Youth with mentors are more than 50% less likely to skip school, and they gain the skills and confidence needed to succeed in life.
