New development sales recorded a fifth straight month above pre-pandemic levels, despite higher interest rates. Top selling buildings in Manhattan included The Treadwell developed by Dart Interests and ZECKENDORF DEVELOPMENT, LLC which reported eight new contracts. “For every three new development units released onto the market, four contracts are signed,” noted Stephen Kliegerman.
