The Immersive Experience Institute is pleased to offer scholarships for The 2025 Next Stage Immersive Summit taking place January 17-19, 2025 at the Pasadena Playhouse. The Application For Scholarships Is NOW OPEN For the first time, Summit badges will be offered at three tiers: The Spotlight Badge: access to talks and panels featuring the biggest names in immersive, discussing the most dynamic projects and trends, taking place on the main stage of the Pasadena Playhouse. Seating is guaranteed for these sessions. Note: this lower-cost badge does not include the hands-on workshops or the salon sessions. The Intensive Badge: access to talks and panels from the biggest names in immersive, taking place on the main stage of the Pasadena Playhouse. PLUS: hands-on workshops and intimate salon sessions. This badge offers the classic Next Stage experience filled with chances to connect with other immersive professionals at the top of their fields. (Note: workshops and salons will have limited capacity and will likely require advanced RSVP.) The Pay It Forward Badge: access to talks and panels from the biggest names in immersive, taking place on the main stage of the Pasadena Playhouse, PLUS hands-on workshops and intimate salon sessions, PLUS this badge is offered at a higher price which allows us to distribute additional scholarships.
