BLS & Co. congratulates Eli Lilly and Company on its groundbreaking $4.5B Lilly Medicine Foundry in Lebanon, Indiana. This new center for advanced manufacturing and drug development will be located in the state's LEAP Research and Innovation District, where it will expand the Company's investment in the region to more than $13 billion. BLS & Co. is proud to have served as the Company's site selection, infrastructure and incentives advisor on this exciting project.
Solving the most complex medical challenges requires persistence—and big investments in bold science. Today we announced a new commitment of $4.5 billion to build the Lilly Medicine Foundry, a unique facility that will, for the first time ever, combine research and manufacturing in a single location. The Medicine Foundry will be located in the LEAP Research and Innovation District in our home state of Indiana. This significant investment - not only for Lilly Research Labs (LRL) – but across the industry demonstrates our commitment to efficiently making the best medicines from discovery to development, and then ultimately to patients. https://e.lilly/4dvidOw #WeAreLilly

Today marks the historic groundbreaking for the $336M New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC) redevelopment project, a landmark undertaking that will bring performance and studio spaces, new retail, and hundreds of apartments (of which 20% will affordable) to the heart of Newark, N.J., anchored by the world-class NJ Center for the Performing Arts. BLS & Co. is honored to have served as the financial advisor to NJPAC on this initiative. Congratulations to John Schreiber, Timothy Lizura, and the entire project team for conceiving and delivering this great paradigm of downtown development to Newark. Congratulations and thanks also to Tim Sullivan, Jorge Santos, and the other members of the New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA) team for their support with the Aspire award, which was key to completing the complex public/private financing structure required to enable this project. We are excited to see the impact this development will bring to the community and the arts. https://lnkd.in/dj7xvXkt
