  • Think HR is all about hiring and firing? Think again. 🤔 #humanresources is by far, one of the most multifaceted departments with the most diverse scope of roles and responsibilities. Say everything employee lifecycle, compliance, legal, performance, training, well-being and so goes the long list... What is even more surprising is that given the wide range of functions, the average HR-to-employee ratio is 3 to 100 for an organization sized 500 or more. (SHRM 2023). Given this scenario, it sure sounds valid why 89% of HR leaders plan to increase their #hrtech budgets in 2024. (Gartner). Why? Because better technology for each function means more time-at-hand for HR teams to focus on people-centric tasks. But an often disregarded yet highly reported concern here is a lack of connectivity among these HR-Tech systems. What good is a large tech stack if for any given task, the data is distributed across different systems and has no means of access than for the HR to individually attend to each system?     HR Tech Needs to Simplify (Or Risk Losing Adoption) HR-Tech software these days are becoming increasingly complex and difficult for users to navigate. Many platforms are packed with features, but they lack the user-centric focus that is reportedly a key concern for the modern-day HR. Here’s where many of the current solutions fall short: 🔴 Functionality overload: HR-tech tools today offer a wide range of features, but these features often come with complex navigation and steep learning curves.
