We are pleased to honor the trans members of our community who deserve the same rights and respect as everyone else as well as acknowledgement of the marginalization they have faced and continue to face. Remember, gender diversity is not a fad. Everyone should have the right to discover and express their uniqueness without the constraints of prescribed gender roles. Trans phobia is an effect of a patriarchal system. Maintaining the patriarchy requires adherence to strict gender roles. As a society, we need to observe, allow, respect, and appreciate each individual’s uniqueness. #transrights #transrightsarehumanrights🌈 #deconstructionthegenderbinary #therapistsofinstagram #lgbtqiaplus

Women are taught to give, give, give. After all of that, we can feel like there is nothing left for ourselves. You matter and you deserve to be loved. Even if you don’t always *like* yourself, love is a verb and you deserve it. #selfcaresaturday #radicalselflove #eatingdisordertherapist #feminist #bodyliberation
