Unwind tonight with a Sage Bee’s Knees Ingredients: 2.5oz Blind Tiger Spirit-Free Bee's Knees 3 Fresh Sage Leaves 1.5oz Gin .25oz Elderflower Liqueur Directions: In a cocktail shaker with ice add all ingredients. Shake and double strain into a martini glass or over ice. Garnish with a sage leaf.

  • “Wrapping up my Friday evening with a ‘Ward 8’ from @blindtigercocktails based in Erie, PA. I think every single sip I’ve had of a Blind Tiger mocktail has been FANTASTIC. They have larger bottles for mixing your own, or these ready-to-drink cans that you only need to pop the top on. (Or, pop the top and then pour to a glass and add a garnish.)This Ward 8 has a very forward orange profile with a little smokiness and makes me long for fall. These are ppeerrffffeeeccctttt for a bar menu where you don’t want to have to stock zeroproof bottles and be concerned with mixing non-alc drinks for customers. If I went someplace and found these on the menu I’d be happier than a pig in you-know-what. Or, also perfect if you’re packing a picnic or cooler on a boat, or basically any place you want a bespoke mocktail without the work.   • The above photo shows the coppers bustin' open crates of bootlegged hooch, their faces set like stone as they uncover the forbidden sauce. It’s a real blow to the local rum-runners, whose secret stash was meant to stay under wraps. Bottles clink together as the lids pop off, the strong scent of illegal liquor filling the air. The raid’s a sign that Prohibition’s still in full swing, and the law ain’t takin’ any chances with the bootleggers who’ve been runnin’ wild. You can almost hear the whispers on the street, folks talkin’ about how the fuzz finally caught wind of the operation. These contraband crates were likely headed for one of the speakeasies or Blind Tigers hidden away in town, but now they'll be pouring it down the drain instead of in a glass.

  • Spruce up your next fall gathering with this delicious Fall Sangria. 😋🍏🍂 Ingredients: 2 8oz Cans Blind Tiger Spirit-Free Southside Mojito 1 Bottle Pinot Grigio 1 Apple 1 Pear 4 Cinnamon Sticks Directions: Cut the apple and pear into slices. In a pitcher add the fruit, cinnamon sticks and wine. Cover and refrigerate for 6-24 hours. When ready to serve add the Southside mojito and stir.
