Taking Safety to the Next Level As part of Blue Bird's Next Level Safety announcement, a school bus crash test was performed at IMMI's premiere testing facility, CAPE, in Westfield, Indiana. The simulated crash test demonstrates the added safety Blue Bird buses provide passengers in the event of an accident when equipped with three-point seat belts and driver air bags, compared to the dangers passengers face without the added safety features. Watch the video to see the importance of making the safest vehicles on the road even safer for passengers, drivers, and everyone on the road.

“I have seen many different buses and probably drove them all, but I really enjoy the propane buses. The bus ride is very smooth and quiet. I get looks when sitting at lights at how quiet it runs. I like everything about my new bus, and I’m proud when we get the looks and hear, ‘That’s a propane bus,’ said Rosalind McCauley, a driver for Newport News Public Schools with more than 18 years of experience. Read the ROUSH CleanTech case study to learn more about the added benefits of economical and environmentally friendly operations that made propane an "easy choice" for the school district: https://hubs.ly/Q02Mw7N60
