We can’t wait to see the impact everyone makes in our communities. - GiGi's Playhouse Fargo - Gigi's on the Go to expand services and provide resources to individuals with Down syndrome in rural North Dakota. - Northland Health Centers / Quality Health Associates of North Dakota - The grant will cover an initial investment in supplies to start a new Urgent Care Dental Clinic in Ray, ND - SENDCAA - Expand the reach of their Self-Sufficiency Team, which helps low-income families access and maintain benefits such as SNAP, Medicaid and childcare assistance. - Women Empowering Women - Remove barriers to accessing and navigating preventive health and maternal health care resources to New American women in Dickinson and southwestern North Dakota. - Native, Inc. Community Development Corporation - Support Wellness and Healing Through Community-Based Services for Native Americans Project addressing racial equity in behavioral health prevention and recovery services through spiritual and cultural programming within three urban areas of North Dakota: Bismarck, Fargo, and Grand Forks.
