We 💙 Camp Rainbow Gold Inc! Employees used their paid volunteer hours to help prep Camp Hidden Paradise for the first campers of the Summer. Our team swept cabins, moved bunk beds and built playground equipment. It was also great to see all the progress made on the new cabins, and the newly completed medical building that will better support campers with high medical needs. Blue Cross of Idaho leaders kicked off the second-ever Wayfinders program in May. Wayfinders is an application-based seven-month cohort leadership experience. Participants will attend specialized instructor-led courses every month with a goal of building relationships and new skills. The Wayfinders will have a special executive project that impacts the business, employees, members and the community. Through this, participants gain executive exposure and have a chance to make a difference in their communities.
