After six impactful years, John Worley, vice president of provider operations, has retired. His leadership and dedication left a lasting mark on our organization. During his tenure, he led efforts to grow our provider network by more than 19% and strengthen relationships with contracting providers, ensuring on-time, on-budget contracts while driving innovation and operational excellence in collaboration with valued network providers. As he steps into this next chapter, John and his wife, Wendy, are excited to enjoy life in Utah with their three children and five grandchildren.
