In just a short time, our Blue Ridge Companies' team with the help of Murrow's Transfer, Inc. came together to gather and pack essential supplies for those impacted by Hurricane Helene. Our relief truck first headed to Le Bleu Enterprises warehouse in Greensboro to load up with pallets of water. We then traveled up the mountain and delivered these donations to Veterans Services of the Carolinas in Arden, NC—a central distribution hub for communities in need. The timing couldn’t have been better. Just as we arrived, they had received an urgent call for 800 bottles of water to help local apartment communities impacted by the storm. Knowing we could meet this need felt like it was meant to be. Beyond distributing aid, VSC is also working tirelessly to rehouse veterans whose facility was destroyed in the storm, securing a local hotel to keep everyone safe and sheltered. We’re beyond proud of the Blue Ridge team for stepping up to make a real difference. Your generosity and quick action have touched lives and brought hope to those facing hardship. 💙 Thank you for showing the strength and heart of our community!
